Shipping Policy

All shipments will be processed as quickly as possible and will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment is made, for most orders.

Shipping costs can be checked on the product page itself, below the description. By entering your country, city, and postal code, the available shipping options will appear. You can also calculate the shipping costs in the cart once the products have been added.

You will also be able to view the different options during checkout, before completing the payment.

We offer three types of shipping:

24/48 HOUR SHIPPING: 1 TO 2 DAYS

STANDARD SHIPPING: 7 TO 10 DAYS

EXPRESS SHIPPING (DHL): 3 TO 5 DAYS (POSSIBLE CUSTOMS CHARGES)

Depending on the destination country and the type of item, all or only one or two shipping options may be available.

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected during peak periods or special dates. A refund may only be requested if the item has not been received within 30 days from the payment date.

Orders with 24/48 hour express shipping are available only within Spain. For international orders, this type of shipping may take up to 7 business days.

Orders containing lithium batteries or items with batteries may take longer to arrive, as they follow a different delivery process. They may be delayed up to 30 days. Batteries are not shipped to any islands due to carrier restrictions. Orders containing batteries and destined for islands will be automatically canceled.

Orders over €180 or those using EXPRESS SHIPPING via DHL may be subject to customs charges in the destination country, which must be paid by the buyer.

If an order is refused or not accepted due to customs duties or charges, no refund will be issued.

The default shipping company will be Correos or DHL within Spain, or the postal service of each country. Occasionally, deliveries may be made by other carriers.

All shipments include tracking numbers and are insured.

If the order is returned to the sender due to the recipient being absent, and the tracking confirms one or more delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.
